Seller made a false claim. Reached out before purchasing, and asked if terminals were included in the package. Seller ensured me that they were installed in the connectors. The images provided seemingly showed terminals installed. I did not receive them.

I provided listing photos of exactly what was included in the auction. Buyer indicated he saw what he needed in the photos, and I shipped what was shown in the photos. When buyer contacted me to complain that he did not receive everything he expected, I offered for him to ship the item back for a full refund. He declined to do so.
