    The Ad said I was purchasing a set of 8 Snap Hooks, but when it arrived the box only contained 2 of the large hooks and none of the small hooks. I contacted the seller and they apologized and said they would refund the purchase. When I asked if the would also refund the shipping costs and taxes they requested a picture. I sent the picture the next day but it's been days and I've not heard back from them. The Snap Hooks are a great product, so I ordered another set from another seller.

    Customer never processed a return and kept the item. Customer wanted a full refund, but we needed the product returned in order to refund. No win situation.
