  I am not satisfied with the product, as it did not match the item shown in the sale listing. Despite raising this with the seller, they stating that other buyers liked the item with holes and that they are unable to provide detailed descriptions for all the phone cases they sell. While they did offer a return, they have repeatedly refused to provide a prepaid return postage label, even after several requests. The partial refund they proposed would not even cover the cost of tracked postage.
