  I requested a Return and Refund which was accepted. However, the Return was complicated as the seller is from China. He could not provide a shipping label initially until I explained that return shipping to China would could cost over $200.00 for a $50.00 item. Subsequently, he provided an address to a shipping center in NJ and sent me $8.00 for the cost via PayPal. My Refund was posted immediately upon delivery....
