My daughter is very happy with it. Delivery-wise: the seat was delivered separately and then I received an email saying my delivery had been completed, which caused me a bit of concern. However, the piano was delivered the next morning. (I just wish this was communicated by the company that they used to deliver the items). Besides that, I would purchase again from this seller.

Post was not so good, should have been delivered on a Friday (so I stayed in) ran out of delivery time, so chased on the Monday and again on Tuesday mid- afternoon, parcel turned up Tuesday at 4.30pm. Not the fault of the supplier and I suppose every now and again there's got to be a cock-up. Product was well worth waiting for, excellent price and quality.
