  Seller never contacted me after I paid full price on an item. I purchased this for my 2 year old going off of the estimated time of arrival being before Christmas. After about a week, I contacted the seller and asked when the item would ship. Still, no response until a day later when the item was canceled without even taking the customer into consideration. Not cool, not professional, not appropriate l, and not appreciated. I'll stay far away from now on and you should too.

  This is not light blue! Would not have ordered if I had known it was turquoise and took much longer than expected. Way past the "expected delivery date with no updates available! Not soft so wouldn't order again from this seller
