On arrival, the package was missing two anti skid plates.I messaged Downunder Camping and they straight away said they would send two more, no questions asked. They have arrived today. Very good quality ramps and chocks. Would recommend the seller and product to anyone. Will buy from store again.

The item itself was as described and reasonably priced but poor communication from seller when attempting to relay condition of packaging ,both outer and inner(cut out of packaging and sitting separately in packaging.) having arrived opened. Seller was adamant that it left shop intact. Overpriced shipping costs was mentioned, at $14.95 and response was that didnt need to purchase. This was a gift for a child who especially requested a YELLOW whistle= Hard to come by.

You were under no obligation to pay the shipping cost & the simple solution would be to just return it if you were so unhappy. As we previously mentioned the item was in fact in it's packaging when it was packed.

bag is as described in pictures. As we have not used it yet cannot comment on comfort etc of bag. Value wise this was cheaper than I had seen elsewhere for same item, so good price compared to other stores. The postage was great very fast. would use this seller again
