    So happy that the vendor used Sendle so it was delivered to my door, which due to where I live, normally doesn't happen with parcels delivered by Australia Post.     We're sorry to hear about the issue. We’re happy to assist with your AEG warranty claim. Please note that any costs related to the claim, including postage, are the customer’s responsibility. The fallen/stuck button part you mentioned requires AEG’s assessment to determine if it’s due to misuse or a manufacturing fault. If it's manufacturer fault, they will repair your item.
