  Shipping was fast. Clipper was packaged well enough. This clipper was described as a 2 speed clipper, but is only 1 speed and I often use the second speed on previous pair. It is a good value if you want a 1 speed clipper. The seller quickly answered my message and refunded the purchase. I would buy from this seller again if they had what I needed.

  It came earlier than expected which was good and it was packaged securely as well as came with the intended items listed. When I got my package it wouldn't turn on. I messaged them and though It did take a while to get a response, they communicated with me thoroughly and the only reason it wouldn't turn on is because the battery was completely dead and unable to be charged. Everything else was great the camera is in great condition as described!

  Camera was packed carefully and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, though cosmetically very nice, it had a defect which rendered it inoperable, so it was not as described.   Overall the experience for me was positive because even though there was a shipping issue, it was technically at first an eBay customer service representative fault, and so since this salesperson took direct responsibility for that I would give them 10 Stars, even though they might have been a little busy this week and taken a minute to respond.
