  I needed a tracking number so I could follow and have security unlock the high security gates so the driver could deliver. It was originally shipped without tracking but I was able to contact the seller and they made accommodations and tracked it. The other thing is that I didn't think that this item could get here by the promised date, especially coming from Europe but to my surprise it was delivered on time and no hiccups. Very satisfied..

  Bonjour . J'ai bien reçu le colis mais avec deux jours de retard sur la date prévue. Mais il manque une partie du produit. Je vais essayer de travailler avec ce que j'ai reçu mais je n'ai pas l'ensemble du matériel commandé, il s'agit du foret pour l'argile que j'ai reçu (option offerte) mais pas le foret livré avec la version standard.
