    Quick shipping. I received the toner, put it in my printer. It was the right size and model; however, the pages were coming out dirty and illegible. I contacted the seller over Labor Day weekend, included pictures. The seller got back to me promptly and ultimately refunded my money. Even though the toner didn't work properly, customer service was excellent. Very pleased.
