Was sent an extra, unwanted item I didn't order; was concerned I would be charged for it and have been told not to return it as it was a free gift. Going to be difficult to dispose of it discreetly.
The actual item I ordered is as advertised and works. Packaging was a bit flimsy; box was sent in a large polyurethane post bag (re free gift) and had moved around a lot. Charging cable is a bit short.
