    I’m truly sorry the item arrived with damage. It was listed as new and shipped securely, but unfortunately it appears to have been damaged in transit. I did offer and issue a 30% refund, which you accepted while choosing to keep the item. I always aim to provide a positive experience and will continue working to improve packaging.
