  Package had tracking but was never received. When I queried where the package was, they told me that records showed it had arrived in my country. I challenged that as the tracking didn’t confirm that. They eventually agreed and offered to resend or refund. I chose a refund as they lied to me over the tracking.

  The package arrived today, despite the tracking saying that it hasn't arrived in my country. The problems of this sale is purely the problem of the shipping company and the delays and lack of communication from them made this a problem sale. I would have liked to change my feedback to positive with what i know now, but the best I can do is add this follow up to properly blame the shipping company and I will now ask the seller to send me an invoice so that I can return their money.
