  It was unfortunate that the first record player arrives damaged. However, the seller was absolutely beyond professional. They handled the situation and insured a replacement was tested and shipped promptly. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had on eBay (or with any vendor at all) . Great value, amazing quality, and looks exactly like the photos.
