There were a few issues with this purchase. Delivery was good but when I received the item, it was not packaged like a 100% new item should be. No plastic on lcd panel etc. I then couldn’t get it to work. I contacted seller who didn’t / couldn’t understand my simple questions. I then spent 6 hours trying to get it to work. No luck. Asked for refund and then after about 30 follow up messages and more miscommunication by the seller, I finally got my refund.
