    Bought 12 of the 10x10cm. Was impressed by quality, less impressive was the packaging- sent just in a padded bag. One was damaged, big chip from corner. I sent photo to seller and they were extremely helpful - replacement quickly sent (still in a jiffy/padded envelope) but was in one piece. Rating 5 star as issue I had was resolved quickly and professionally. If want to buy more in bulk in near future, would want assurance better packaging
