I accidentally misread the listing as it was listed as a foreign country’s size and not US sizing even though the item clearly listed US sizing on the tag when I received the item. When I explained this to the seller, they acted rude. After several emails, I have given up. This is unacceptable customer service for a company that clearly listed a bra in size UK 36k that was clearly an US 36O. I was duped as it came up as a US 36K in my search efforts. Humiliating a customer never bodes well.

The seller did give me a full refund after bad mouthing me to eBay. I would revise if I could and just not leave feedback.

Customer missed a message from us and left bad feedback & apologized when she realized she didnt see all our messages.She asked ebay twice to remove feedback and they havent, so disappointed in them!! Of course we would never humiliate a customer, as customer service is our number one priority as you can see from feedback.UK sizing is very common here on ebay and she misread the listing as she stated. We were happy to return/ exchange for her correct size. She was refunded even thou her error.
