My package was not delivered it was stolen and when I reached out to them they immediately shipped a replacement item. Everything went smoothly. I use this water purifier and I need to replace the filter every 2 months. The hardware stores sells the same product for the same price as this company. The difference is this company sells 6 replacement filters and stores sell 3 for the same price. You will definitely get your money's worth. Thanks

Shipping of latest new filter was a bit dramatic?, but I'll take it!
