Ordered 21-Dec as ETA was 02 to 05-Jan. Messaged seller to make sure it didn't arrive earlier, because business would be closed. Arrived 22-Dec, minutes after I left and 5 minutes before business closed for the break. It's also tiny. Measurements in description would be nice! I could have got a much bigger size a lot cheaper! Regret purchasing. Seller didn't respond to message.

We lodged the parcel on the 22nd. Delivered 27th. EBay automatically sets the eta estimates and they are just that an estimate. We did respond to your message just not in your required timeframe. Like you we took a break over the holiday period.
