Even though I provided the seller with photos the seller requested that I send the cushions back and then once received they would send me replacement I’m assuming if they couldn’t fix the cushions themselves. I felt in the circumstances that replacements should have been sent out straight away based on the evidence given rather than them just saying how unusual it was!Reply from: edf-clearance-deals- Feedback replied by seller edf-clearance-deals.- Feedback replied by seller edf-clearance-deals.Buyer was provided with a prepaid returns label and courier collection was arranged to avoid inconvenience. However, buyer declined this as they preferred replacement cushions first. As per our standard policy, items must be returned prior to replacement or refund. We advised the buyer to open an official eBay return so we can process the refund accordingly once the items are received. Unfair feedback as we even offered a partial refund however buyer also declined this.
