The PDF downloaded manual was a pain to use, would have preferred a printed copy. A fair priced item and free shipping helped me choose this seller who I have never used before.     Received package on Sunday Just left at front of house didn’t ring the door bell, Courier was all over the place with their delivery times and tracking info. Seller communicated well and was helpful. Package is knocked around but haven’t had time to open and setup the bench.

    Good solid machine as described by seller. Packaged well for shipment and easy enough to assemble. Dispatched quickly but very slow processing and delivery by freight company with deliver 7 to 10 days longer than estimated and a very difficult freight company to communicate with.

    Well, I suppose "all's well that ends well." Many thanks to the seller, Edisons, for sorting things out. The weak link was the courier / delivery. Edisons dispateched immediately but the courier (Hunter Express) took the item 100km past the delivery address -where it sat for 8 days. The deliver est was 2-5 days. Finally a sub-contract courier delivered the item - damaged! 23kg dropped from a great height! Edisons, however, did everything to resolve the matter quickly and easily. Many thanks! A+

    Unfortunately the mower was damaged when received , necessitating the need to return it back to Sydney from Brisbane for repair. I received it originally 29th March, but with all the public holidays it was 17th May by the time I received the repaired item back in Brisbane. I have therefore only used the mower once briefly, so am unable to comment on its reliability. I would like to express my appreciation of the service and communication rendered by Darren and Malcolm .
