Ordered PS5 part on 2-12-24, received tracking number 2-13-24 and part was supposes to arrive between 2-15-24 and 2-17-24. Seller never even shipped part till 2-18-24, three days after the earliest arrival estimation. Part eventual arrived 2-23-24, 6 to 8 days late. I received no communication from the seller, in any way, for the reason for a delay in shipping. Over all poor customer service. Part did however arrive as described.

I not recommend the seller
The collectible game arrived with a torn label and a broken plastic case.
The seller admitted his guilt and said that he apparently did not notice any damage.
After writing to the seller that I was currently working in the not US and a return was not possible or very expensive, I asked him to offer some kind of compensation solution.
No positive response was received.
I wrote that if you are an honest seller, then resolve this issue of compensation based on the mistake
