  Very sketchy seller. I ordered a speaker and it took 8 days, supposedly from the UK. The usb-c port was faulty and it wasn't charging. I contacted them to return it and their response was "We understand that returning an item can be inconvenient [...] we can refund 30% of price (!!!). I used eBay's return option and they came back offering 55% with a nonsense message claiming that I'd have to pay for return costs (false) and that I could instead make use of the 55% refund and then resell it.
