JUST NOTE: Printhead does NOT COME with set-up Cartridges. Description doesn't state they would be included, but it can be assumed. PRINT HEAD ONLY. Seller sent right away, also very appreciated. The item that I received was a cartridge wrapped in bubble wrap. I tried contacting the seller 3 times by email and have received NO response. I have no idea if this is a new ink cartridge or a previously used one. The item pictured in the listing and the text in the listing describes the cartridge as new and in the original packaging. I will not buy from this seller in the future.

I received my filament order. It is the wrong color. The packaging labels are correct, but the actual filament is not. I wanted army green and got plain lite green. I have tried three different numbers and two emails and have gotten no response. This was a reorder, so I have received the correct filament in the past. Poor to not any customer service.
