    Listing was for 18mm Mounting Blocks. Seller delivered 16mm Mounting Blocks, which are not suitable for the job. The Tax Invoice listed 18mm blocks, so they are a part of their business system. Seller was notified of these facts. Seller stated that 18mm are not available in Australia. Provided seller with pics of 18mm blocks for sale elsewhere in Australia, including eBay and Bunnings. No positive explanation or solution from seller, except that I pay for their return to get a refund. Pathetic.
