The item I received did not fit my food processor. (My fault)
The seller sold with ‘no returns’.
I requested a return.
The seller proposed a partial refund.
I rejected that offer and proposed to pay return shipping and restocking fees.
That was the end of any response from the seller, despite several notes from me.
eBay closed the return process.
My gripe with this seller: COMMUNICATION. Over many years of successful transactions on eBay, this seller gets my POOR COMMUNICATION AWARD.
