Extremely nice and courteous seller. The communication was first class, it couldn't be better. Shipping to Germany took 16 days and was therefore significantly faster than announced. As stated, the surface was subsequently laser engraved so the CPU looks as if it was really new! The item, a Xeon CPU, arrived damaged. Pictures of the damage were sent to the seller. I asked for a refund. I have heard nothing from the seller. Only $6.50 USD so I'll eat it. Bad experience. Bought one from another seller.

This product is a Xeon CPU. Although there are scratches on the appearance, it does not affect the installation and use. The free shipping price of this product is $6. In fact, the postage fee for tracking orders sent to the United States is more than $6. The product is equivalent to being given away for free.
The buyers are being nitpicky and it's very outrageous.
