    I ordered this part a few days ago, it wasn't tracked, just standard postage, it hadn't arrived after 8 days so I contacted Electrosizzler to inform him. He responded very quickly and apologised and said he'll send another out immediately. He was true to his word, it arrived two days later, a brand new Genuine Phillips adjuster.     After factory reseting my TV I realised I was unable to restart it due to having a universal remote. Found this for sale at a great price. I was dubious. However when it arrived it worked straight out of the packaging. I'm so happy your have saved me from having to purchase a new TV. Would absolutely recommend this seller.
