  I received the item in a teared thin plastic bag. Unfortunately the caliper was damaged with a big dent on the caliper scale. And the reader does not slide on the scale further than the damaged portion. I sent couple of picture to the seller to show the damage. And I asked him to resend the replacement. But he simply refunded in full amount. I still would like to give him a positive feedback.
