  Item was exactly as described by seller (model, condition, accessories), was packaged well for transit, and arrived without damage except to the thin drip tray, which was dented. Shipping was weird. Tracking numbers were generated and the second of the boxes shipped the next day, but the first package wasn't even shipped until after I received the second box. The unit worked well out of the box, with success on the first print. The same combo is offered by Amazon but this was a better value.

  Am really happy with how fast these are dispatched and delivered, great combo effort from Elegoo and Aust post. Ordered on public holiday and was at hand in 2 business days. That's super quick. Product were well packed, arrived in great condition, appearance of them all looks pretty good so far. As for quality of the filaments, yet to be tested and am sure the product will be as good as any or better. Definitely value for dollars spent, and Elegoo have made this exceptionally cost effective.

They answered my questions promptly, and the item arrived without crushed corners or any damage to the box, with the item itself securely packed from the factory.
