    I was really glad that I chose to buy from Factorie Direct because every part of the purchase was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised which the value of the battery which was new . I was also happy with the email correspondance to the delivery which only took a few days. I will definitely buy from Factorie Direct again.

    Purchased express post. No communication from ‘posted’ day after purchase. 4 buisness days go by, I messaged the seller for tracking number, they have provided one that shows as ‘pending’ ie. not in their system whatsoever. Contact seller again, no response for 3 messages. It has now been 2 weeks from purchase and I have had no correspondence from the seller nor the postage company. Very disappointed, do not buy from this company!!
