About us

Emily-Rose Alcock is a UK-born artist who moved to Sydney, Australia, in 2014. She grew up in a family of artists, including her father, Nic, an art teacher who taught her to paint, sculpt, and draw from a young age. In 2005, Emily-Rose attended KIAD (now known as the University for the Creative Arts) in Canterbury, Kent, UK. She established herself as a makeup artist in the advertising industry, where she worked for 13 years while simultaneously developing her painting skills. Never without a brush in her hand, Emily-Rose eventually left the makeup industry to pursue a career as a full-time artist. To date, she has sold over 200 original works of art to individual collectors, and her art is sold exclusively through her own efforts.
