Poor communication from seller. I ordered the wrong robe and had to send it back for a refund. I asked about this before I did the return, and Ebay agents assured me I would be refunded the total cost of purchase (item AND shipping). I also paid return shipping on the item to send it back. Seller refunded the item, but not the shipping cost of initial purchase. Messaged seller multiple times, but no response. Ebay is stepping in.
