    Courier service damaged parcel, which either means it went AWOL, it was damaged, or 'lost' by some other means. I sent seller photographs of courier message and s3ller promptly dealt with refund. I hope seller now claims from courier for it's they who are to blame and are at fault. Great communication with seller. Thank you
