  Item wasn't quite what I wanted/expected so for the quality I gave it a 3. However the seller I definitely would give a 5 star rating because he was prompt with replying back to me regarding my concern about the item. He made things right for me and resolved the issue with the item quickly. I would buy something else from this seller just because he's good to his customers.

  I informed the seller I ordered the wrong item and refused delivery on 7/18/2025 so it would be returned back to the seller (see attached). Despite not receiving the packagae or opening the item up my refund was denied since he stated I used the item, but that is not true. Very disappointing experience after nearly 20 years on eBay—I would not buy from this seller again.
