    These were quality new items. They were sent Australia Post to my residential address which does not have a postbox because I have a PO Box. Rather than deliver to my door the postie chose to throw them over the fence onto the grass during flooding rain. I complained to the seller being concerned about the sterility of the items which were sodden. The company immediately responded by sending replacement items which were promptly delivered. I am so happy with their professional service.
