    Definitely not an Australian seller. The engraver expansion didn't get sent even after three weeks of waiting. The tracking that was provided showed that out of the three stages it hadn't been collected from the vendor. Not one of my messages asking for information was answered. This is a bogus seller and an eBay resolution provided in my favour after only two days of investigation. A full refund was given to me by eBay. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

    Absolutely horrible contact would take days to get a reply if I even got one, item never arrived even though it states it was delivered and seller is trying to put the blame on Auspost, DO NOT SHOP you will spend your money and never receive your item I will be taking this further with my bank, PayPal & eBay for a refund as this seller refused to take responsibility for the missing item 0/10 would never shop with them again. This seller is costing me money everyday I'm without the device.

    Never received the item. I contacted the seller who told me to trace the parcel myself. I was told to contact Postal logistics, but the number provided does not exist. I phoned Australia post with the tracking number provided, they said it is an invalid tracking number. DONT USE THIS SELLER, he does not care if you don’t receive your parcel. Seems more like a scammer than a seller.
