    First issue - Item was sent in a box only, no bubble wrap or care for the protection of the item they sent out. Second issue - Seller sent the Lego box out knowingly damaged. Mail parcel box had no signs of damage, therefore the seller knowingly sent out damaged goods. Its not minor damage, the box is bent and creased in 3 different places and is in very poor condition. As a collector its not acceptable to receive an item advertised as 'new' when its not. Far from happy.
