    Even though this item was returned as box was stapled and 3 parts were missing, I have still rated this as positive and 5 stars. The reason in being the process of return was straightforward and refund processed within 72hrs. I understand stuff happens from time to time and a company should not be rated 1 star like some clowns do when they don’t look at the situation as a whole. Good company to deal with online or in person at there shop. 100% will do business with again.

    Item advertised with a 2-4 day arrival. Contacted seller on day 4 as there was no update on tracking. Seller advised they didn’t have the stock and was still waiting on their supplier to ship to them!! Requested to direct ship or express post as I needed for the long weekend holiday trip. Did not respond until 2 days later advising they have shipped by normal post with an ETA for the following week Item finally arrived however family holiday was canceled due to late delivery Not good enough!
