Incorrect description! Said stainless steel valves. Came with stock valves! Seller's only resolution was for me to take my time to repackage and return the item! Non willing (guy was flat out rude to me on the phone) to accommodate for THEIR mistake! I just ate the loss instead of take my time to return. I will not purchase from them again!

I spoke to the customer about the problem and told him that we had did a up date to our eBay listings and this one must got mist. I spoke to our build department and they told me they had to change valves due to availability. At no point was i rude to the customer on the phone. I told the customer if he wasn't happy with the product to do a return through eBay and when we received them back he would get a full refund. as you can see in his message he is unwilling to return and get a full refund

We ordered some engine parts from Engine Quest via EBay. It was suppose to arrive on 4/22 but only one box of two arrived and then went through a nightmare of finding the other box. Called Engine Quest and David helped us contact usps and filed a lost package report. We finally received our box today (5/03). Thanks to David for going the extra mile.

This customer is in hawaii and we are in LV, items were sent USPS Priority Mail and on a normal ship time with no delays it takes 5 business days. The items shipped on the 15th and has take longer because of a delay at the SAN FRANCISCO CA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER. one item has been delivered today the 25th and the other item show Moving Through Network In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late. the customer should see it by the 26th or over the weekend.

The bellhousing I received was not the exact one pictured...this one is cleaner! No worries, same exact part number, fit and function. Zero stress cracks, no impact marks either. Hardly even any oxidation really for a bellhousing this age. Excellent communication by the seller throughout the process. Very accommodating. Shipped right away.
