  The photos below show the condition of the product when I received it today. One of the containers was inside a box, which had been crushed. The other container had no box and was loose alongside the box. That container had been damaged and the cream spilled out. Why was the damaged container not in a box? The whole parcel was only protected by a thin plastic bag and two bits of bubble wrap. I believe I am entitled to a replacement of at least the container that was broken.
