Nello specifico, era un'impresa riuscire a stampare il pezzo, ma avevo provato lo stesso a richiederlo, per una tastiera rovinata che aveva un valore affettivo. Dopo il primo elemento, arrivato puntualmente, ma che non si allineava, me ne hanno mandati altri tre (!) di loro iniziativa - gratuitamente. Mi sembrava di averli fatti lavorare abbastanza e avevo rinunciato al rimborso. Che però mi hanno fatto ugualmente. Insomma, complimenti davvero.
