  Item arrived in a damaged box, when I opened it, it had been used (sold as new), wrong usb cable in box, cellophane screen cover missing, manual torn, old stock (2023 sticker) not type C, empty plastic bag in box Contacted seller who offered 20% then 30% discount, I declined. Returned for refund, seller refunded 50% saying I had sent it back not in the condition I received it! What a joke! Opened a case with ebay as I had evidence of the state of the item, other 50% refunded. Avoid this seller.

  They sent the incorrect dvd drive, so I returned it, and they deducted £4.13 so they got the item back to resell and made money out of the return. Picture 1 is what they sent no drive eject tray ir eject button, Picture 2 is what was ordered with a eject button and eject drive tray not the same dvd drive.
