Ordered and cancelled in 10 seconds. They said it couldn't be canceled it was already shipped. I don't understand how they can ship something in 10 seconds. They said they would take $60 off if I kept the unit. They took $30 off. This company sucks. No one could ship something in 10 seconds they just hope you don't send it back due to the shipping costs. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm sorry to have misled you. We do intend to refund you USD 60. We will refund USD 30 for each of your two orders, 23-11261-74044 and 21-11263-19172. As you have only closed the return request for order 23-11261-74044, we have currently refunded USD 30 for that order. Yesterday I also sent you a message asking you to close the return request for order 21-11263-19172 as well, so that we can refund the other USD 30. Perhaps you did not notice my email, which is why this misunderstanding occurred.
