    I've received 50lb stereo equipment shipped with less care than this old power supply. A box inside of bubble wrap inside of a box, it was so securely shipped it felt like it was new. This one was about 20% more than others I was looking at, but the seller has a return policy and after seeing how much they cared about shipping, I feel extra secure with my purchase. It works great, by the way. Will be looking for this seller again the next time I need something like this.

However upon receipt there was a small issue (broken port) which was not seen in the photos/mentioned in the listing, and--benefit of the doubt--the seller didn't notice. Seller made it right by coming to an amicable solution for both of us. Slight disappointment but would buy from again. Thanks!
