Promptly delivered and packed in large box. Decided to buy a second bed (for upstairs) as the first is so loved by my dog, especially with the faux fur I added. Bed one is 3 years old, still in excellent condition and has been washed regularly. The covers are easily removed and put back, with zips strong and covered.
