  start relay switch was in good condition, clean and packaged for protection. refrigerator back in working condition. the switch was shipped immediately. however, the repeated postal service delays caused the package to arrive 4-5 days late (shipping stars reference how quickly the pkg shipped, not arrival time. ERetail24 corresponded during the delivery delays and offered a refund even though it was nothing they could control. definitely will do business with them again when the need arises.

  The product was shipped out when it was supposed to, but it never showed up, but the seller was in communication said that he did drop off the product when he was supposed to. He just got tied up with usps got lost. He was quick to give a refund no questions asked.
