Shipper said item was handed off to my local post office, but post office couldn't find it. Had to wait 10 days after handed off to post office for shipper to say it was lost. Customer service was great, communications was good and helpful. When the shipper said it was lost, customer service promptly sent out a replacement.

Contacted seller, they informed me it was an error, but offered to send me the part anyways. I thought it was going to be a cheap 'thatll do' but once I got the part it was super high quality one. It was very well packed, double-boxed and arrived with no damage. The scope is very good quality at this price point. It does have some CA, to be expected with a fast doublet. Otherwise, great views of deep space objects and a good all around telescope for the price. SVBONY has excellent communication and customer service, I would not hesitate to buy from them.
