Seller was quick to respond and replaced my item when it was showing in postage as returned. My son absolutely loves it hs his favorite characters/ certain character which is hard to find .   I would strongly advise not purchasing from this company as they sent me the wrong sizes for both of the items, they tried to offer me a 35% refund instead of the full refund then it went to 40% I'm entitled to a full refund when purchasing and item or items and not partial refund please beware buying from this company i would strongly advise to the look elsewhere. Also be aware of buying on eBay i will never buy from an eBay website ever again due to the experience that I have experienced
